At Northern Wide Plank, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium flooring products and offer a 30-day return window for unused, boxed inventory. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and are stored in a climate-controlled environment to qualify for a refund.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm that your specific product batch is eligible for return.
Prepare Your Shipment
Securely stack and wrap your unopened boxes on a pallet to prevent shifting or moisture damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
Arrange Freight Transport
Schedule a pickup with a certified freight carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the planks for structural integrity and moisture levels, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
